Good dubbing is more than translation: it preserves the character of the original. Words, rhythm and expression need to work together and form a coherent whole with the picture. For songs, lyrics, melody and syllables also need to align.
Alongside electronic music, mastering and mixing, dubbing is one of my specialities. Working for leading dubbing companies, I provide musical direction and German lyric adaptations for films and series, including productions for Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+, Paramount+ and Warner Bros.
From German lyrics and dialogue scripts to direction, vocal coaching and fully mixed vocal stems, I support the production with musical sensitivity and technical precision.
