Overview

We contribute to projects that enable creative exchange and shared learning. Drawing on our experience in sound and electronic music, we work with associations, cultural practitioners and partner organisations in different European countries. Here is an overview of these collaborations.

(Re)Play/(Re)Brain develops inclusive, accessible approaches to digital games that encourage democratic participation and intergenerational exchange. It focuses on accessible media education and the development of teaching methods across national and language boundaries.

Planned activities include online and in-person formats, two six-day workshops and game jams in Lisbon and Berlin. Accessible development tools and retro emulation will be used to create game ideas and prototypes. Exhibitions, seminars and a multilingual website will make the results accessible.

Freely available resources and practical worksheets will help educators and civil society organisations use and further develop the tested methods.

Focus
Media resilience and critical media literacy

How can we use social media critically, confidently and on our own terms? This short-term project by Kulturpark 3000 e.V. explores media literacy in adult education in the context of social polarisation and the influence of digital platforms.

Through exchanges with initiatives in Estonia, France and North Macedonia, the project aims to explore proven approaches and develop ideas for workshops, events and learning activities. The goal is to strengthen critical thinking, open dialogue and resilience in the use of digital media.

Play brings people together and opens up new perspectives. This project by Second Collective e.V. uses the creative possibilities of games and storytelling, both analogue and digital, to encourage encounters, learning and exchange between people from different backgrounds.

At its heart is the idea of developing original games and stories as a way to help shape the present and the future.
